Withdrawal Notice (Widerrufsbelehrung)
In the event that you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. you make the purchase for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for inspecting their condition, properties, and functioning.
End of Withdrawal Notice
- The right of withdrawal does not apply: – to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. T-shirts with your photo and your name), or – to the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Please avoid damage and soiling. Please return the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
