Shipping and Delivery Terms

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping to Germany is carried out with our logistics partners DHL, UPS, and Hermes. All deliveries shipped by kikiblow (or its partners) are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once you have received your delivery and confirmed receipt in writing, the insurance coverage expires. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. For partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We charge delivery costs of €9.99 per order. For orders of €149 or more, shipping within Germany is free. For orders from abroad, the costs are displayed individually in the shopping cart.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours via the link provided in the e-mail.

Returns

If you wish to withdraw from your contractual declaration, you have the following options:

After receiving your items, you have 14 days to send us your declaration of withdrawal, either in writing — e.g. by e-mail, fax, or letter — or by telephone. After you have informed us, we ask you to return the items within 14 days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
